Meet Our Pastoral Leaders
Our pastoral provision is led by a dedicated team across the school:
Our pastoral heads work closely with students, staff, and families to maintain a respectful learning environment. They promote positive behaviour, resolve concerns promptly, encourage personal growth, and ensure that achievements and successes are celebrated throughout the school.
Pastoral Support and the Role of Form Tutors
Pastoral care at ESM is anchored in our Form Tutor system, which provides students with consistent, daily support. Form Tutors:
- Welcome Students Each Morning And monitor attendance, behaviour, organisation, and wellbeing.
- Communicate Regularly With Parents And Guardians To ensure strong and collaborative home–school relationships.
- Identify Early Signs Of Change In academic performance, friendships, or emotional health.
- Help Build A Sense Of Pride And Identity Within their form group through positive expectations and routines.
Form Tutors act as the first point of contact for students, offering both a friendly ear and a high level of professional guidance.
