5 February 2018 Dear Parents, We are now into the second Half of the Term with a big focus on academic matters: Assessments, Exam choices and preparation, Coursework deadlines. There will be an Update sent to Parents on individual Students’ Progress, ahead of Parents’ Evenings across the School on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 February.   Just concluded has been a successful week on the theme of Positive Living, Positive Education. We had a very busy but an eventful week. Clive Leech, Positive Psychologist, Well-Being coach and Facilitator has visited our school, met our staff, students and parents, and ran series of Talks and Inter-active Sessions about Positive Living, Positive Education and how to reach our optimal best. Today we are introducing the ESM Players main production for 2018: The Mongolian Premiere of the Musical EVITA, Music by Andrew Lloyed-Webber, Book by Tim Rice. This is the Great Story of EVA PERON who became the wife of the president of Argentina. Auditions have taken place and rehearsals are underway for 4 performances of the show in April at the state Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. Share in the preparation for this famous show. Our 2B student Taeyang has won the Gold medal from Hutul The Sixth Taekwondo Championship in the 28kg division. Congratulations Taeyang, we are very proud of you.
