Information and Communication Technology

Information and Communication Technology is an important area of children’s development. In a growing age of computers and technology, children need more than ever to develop the necessary skills in the every-day lives and all areas of learning. ICT lessons encourage children to develop these skills in the context of their Topic work, ranging from word processing, creating images and interpreting data. Embedded in all subjects students also experience use of equipment such as digital cameras, various software, digital timers and decibel meters. In addition, daily access to their classroom computers allows the children to develop their English and Mathematics skills in a fun and engaging way.

Our ICT themes reflect a broad and balanced curriculum appropriate to children’s age and development.
